Architect and designer, Alex completed a master’s degree in Architecture at a major European university before relocating abroad to begin an international career.

Early on, driven by a strong interest in urban development, Alex joined a well-known planning firm and contributed to large-scale city projects. This was followed by collaborations with several global architecture studios, working on a variety of significant developments. Later, at a smaller practice, Alex gained hands-on experience with small to medium-scale projects and discovered a more personal approach to design.

In 2010, Alex founded Morgan & Lee Architects together with a long-time colleague, focusing on residential and commercial work across a major metropolitan area. The practice thrived on navigating heritage regulations and urban constraints until 2021, when Alex decided to return home with family.
Back in their home country, Alex established AL Studio, a growing team of internationally experienced, English-speaking architects working on high-end residential projects throughout the region and across Europe.
